We hire educators, college and university students, former camp counselors, Spanish language teachers, residence life coordinators, community volunteers, world travelers, and individuals with many other diverse backgrounds.

Just think, you’ll get to try incredible activities like white-water rafting, sand boarding, surfing, hiking, zip lining, and waterfall rappelling. You’ll also have unique experiences such as volunteering with organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs and Habitat for Humanity, navigating European metro systems, interacting with small communities in Peru and Thailand, visiting world famous landmarks and so much more! Our leaders contribute so much to creating a positive experience and forming a dynamic, tight-knit group. It’s something that truly makes our programs unique.
Training Weekends
All staff must be available for mandatory training sessions leading up to trip departures. These sessions will further acquaint you with our philosophy, policies, and procedures. During these sessions you’ll learn what it takes to successfully run a program. It’s also an opportunity for you to get to know your team members before the start of your journey together!
We provide meals, accommodations and recreation activities as well as an allowance paid for travel to and from training sessions depending on your location.
Final placement is contingent upon successful completion of training.

Once your application is reviewed you may be contacted to arrange a personal interview with one of our Directors. Please make sure that all reference information is correct and up-to-date!
Successful candidates are matched with a position based on their experience and qualifications.
All staff are required to hold valid certificates in First Aid and CPR (through August 2018). Certification is the responsibility of the applicant.
