The main opportunity that I did come across, though, and thought more than worth mentioning was Pueblo Inglés. This experience has been discussed on more than one travel site, and I can see why! Native English speakers world-wide are recruited for a week of English speaking in sites throughout Spain. Spaniards pay to travel and reside at the site with the English speakers, and are only permitted to use English as well. All meals and accommodations are covered for the "anglos" or English speakers.
